Terms of booking

By booking a Pulse Patrol, you agree to the following terms and conditions;

Unless specified otherwise, we will conduct a surface observation of the property; we will observe anything we can access without entering as a trespasser.

We reserve the right to attend your patrol site 30 minutes earlier or 30 minutes later than requested. If you require attendance at a defined time and attendance outside of that time will render the patrol un-necessary, please state at time of booking.

We will not force entry in any case, but will as a minimum follow correct procedures for duly notifying both the police or other relevant organisation, and the client requesting Pulse Patrols.

Additional services above and beyond a visit with perimeter observations can be booked but may be subject to extra cost. If, on attending your property, activity is discovered which required police or other agency attendance we will remain for up to 15 minutes longer than the patrol length (for example, we will remain up until 16:15 at a site with a patrol booked from 15:30-16:00) to hand over the site to them, after which we will leave the location unless further attendance has been authorised and paid for by you, the client.

By booking a Pulse Patrol, the client confirms that the property being patrolled is their property, or they have express right and permission to grant access to that property. Intentional or reckless miscommunication by you in relation to legal ownership of a property will render you liable to prosecution under joint enterprise. Your IP address is provided to us by your ISP upon booking.

You are obliged to notify us of any dangerous conditions at the location a patrol has been requested. These can include (but are not limited to ) water hazards, unsafe ground conditions, obstacles, exposed wiring , dangerous animals, hostile environments, chemicals, explosive materials.
